At VICTODIR, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which bicycles, bike parts, and accessories may be returned or refunded.

You may request a return if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The request is made within 30 days of delivery
  • The item is unused, unworn, and not damaged
  • The item is returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and parts
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Bicycles or parts that have been used, ridden, or assembled beyond basic inspection
  • Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper assembly
  • Clearance or final-sale items (clearly marked)
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned without prior authorization

4. Bicycle-Specific Conditions

Due to the nature of bicycles and oversized items:

  • Bicycles may be shipped partially assembled; basic assembly is the customer’s responsibility
  • Once a bicycle has been assembled or ridden, it is considered used and is not eligible for return
  • Returns may be subject to inspection upon arrival

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

We will provide return instructions if your request is approved.


6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • For bicycles and oversized items, return shipping costs may be significant and will be clearly communicated

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the damage and packaging

If approved:

  • We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on availability and the situation
  • Return shipping costs will be covered by us in cases of confirmed defects or shipping damage

8. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund

9. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued if:

  • The item shows signs of use
  • Parts or accessories are missing
  • The item is not in original condition

Any deductions will be communicated before the refund is finalized.


10. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting us immediately
  • If an order has already shipped, it must follow the return process described above

11. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If an order is refused or returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Failure to accept delivery

Any return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.
