- Bicycles or parts that have been used, ridden, or assembled beyond basic inspection
- Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper assembly
- Clearance or final-sale items (clearly marked)
- Gift cards
- Items returned without prior authorization
4. Bicycle-Specific Conditions
Due to the nature of bicycles and oversized items:
- Bicycles may be shipped partially assembled; basic assembly is the customer’s responsibility
- Once a bicycle has been assembled or ridden, it is considered used and is not eligible for return
- Returns may be subject to inspection upon arrival

7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

- Provide clear photos of the damage and packaging
If approved:
- We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on availability and the situation
- Return shipping costs will be covered by us in cases of confirmed defects or shipping damage
8. Refund Process
